How does employment verification work?
When a worker adds a role, the agency on the other side confirms the title and dates — or an agency adds the record and the worker sees it on their profile. Confirmed records get a verified mark, and tenure is calculated automatically from real start and end dates, not from a self-written resume.
What if I disagree with a record on my profile?
Workers can flag any employment record as disputed — for example, a termination they believe was unfair. The record isn't hidden or rewritten: it stays visible with a clear "Disputed" badge and both sides of the story, so agencies reviewing a profile see the full picture and can judge for themselves.
